Kristin Champagne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Whittier College, and is working towards her Master’s in Exercise Science. She has been a Certified in Personal Training and Group Fitness for more than 20 years. .
Kristin became a fitness fanatic at an early age when her dad used to take her to the gym on the weekends, beginning around age 11. By age 18 she was body building competitively and held several titles in her weight class through the NPC and ANBC. Kristin ran track in high school and returned to her running routes after college, completing her first marathon the year after graduating. She is still a competitive triathlete and runner, and has competed in Ironman and several Ultramarathons; including two 50 mile races. Kristin believes that no health or fitness goal is too big or too small and loves to get people excited about Fitness and to help them set and achieve goals.

Brian graduated from Springfield College in 2011 with a degree in Applied Exercise Science. He is a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College Of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and has his Certified Personal Trainer Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In addition, Brian holds his Primary Group Exercise certification through AFAA and two certifications through the Arthritis Foundation Program; one land, and one aquatics.
For the past three years Brian has been working at a retirement community in Bloomfield training high risk and post rehab clients. His training style varies from client to client based on their individual goals, needs and limitations. He feels safety above all else is the golden rule when it comes to training, but will push you to the limits for the most effective and gratifying workout possible. Brian also has experience training high school track teams, college level athletes and has extensive experience working with clients who have Parkinsons disease.
In his free time Brian likes to stay very active. He loves playing golf, baseball, ice hockey, softball and soccer. He also competes in local 5k’s, half marathons and completed the Vermont Tough Mudder Challenge in 2012 with his wife, Katie.

Director of Glastonbury Weightlifting Academy
Patrick’s athletic endeavors began in high school when he decided to pursue the sport of track and field. He quickly fell in love with pole vault due to its high skill level and athletic requirements. Qualifying for the CT state meet for all four years of high school, obtaining a school record in the event, and becoming captain of the team were some of the highlights of his high school career.
Now knowing that he wanted to pursue and study something in the field of fitness in college, as well as continue pole vaulting, he decided to attend Southern Connecticut State University. He continued to pole vault in college earning an All-American title in the event, solidifying a spot on the SCSU All-Time Performance List and finishing with a personal best of 16’3”.
Academically he pushed himself just as hard and attained his BS in Exercise Science- Human Performance as well as a minor in Nutrition and achieving a spot of on the Dean’s list 6 out of 8 semesters.
As a personal trainer he has had the opportunity to apply all his talents into bettering the lives of individuals and making fitness a lifestyle for so many. He is highly motived by his fellow co-workers and very excited to be a part of the Designed Training Team.

Head Personal Trainer
Kelly has become highly established in the fitness industry over the years. Her passion for fitness started young and hasn’t stopped. She was involved in a variety of sports growing up and that athleticism led her to become All State in Track and Field at Newington High School. After high school her passion for health and fitness lead her to pursue her degree in Health and Exercise Science at Manchester Community College. After College, Kelly was recruited to play for the women’s professional football team, The New England Nightmare, and was a key member for two seasons. Besides being highly active inside the gym, Kelly participates in various obstacle course races, co-ed recreational softball leagues and weightlifting competitions.
Kelly’s career in the fitness industry began with selling fitness equipment at a local sporting goods store before becoming a department manager. She then received an opportunity to become a fitness consultant and quickly climbed the ranks becoming the assistant general manager and oversaw the daily operations of the gym. She decided a desk job in a gym was not for her and started personal training. Her own personal unique training style has helped everyone from young athletes to working adults achieve their fitness goals at Designed Training.

Kevin is a Sacred Heart University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Kevin’s passion for sports grew from his early days to playing a variety of competitive sports like soccer, baseball, and basketball. In high school, Kevin was introduced to varsity track and field where he competed on a national level. He earned All-Conference, All-State, All-New England Honors, and set multiple school and state records that still stand today. He then went on to complete for four years of Division l track and field.
Being a competitive athlete, Kevin endured continuous injuries throughout his career. Overcoming these injuries opened a new perspective for Kevin as he began to focus on training teammates in order to help them maximize their performance while remaining healthy using the knowledge from class. Kevin has been very fortunate to train and compete with professional and Olympic athletes which has given him the opportunity to learn first-hand what it takes to bring performance to the next level.
Throughout his schooling and post-graduation, Kevin has worked in elementary schools, with special needs students, cardiac rehabilitation, retirement communities, elite athletes, corporate fitness, and physical therapy. This broad, well-rounded background allows Kevin to adjust programs to any client, regardless of their goals or experience level.
Kevin is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and has the Level 2 Exercise Is Medicine credential through the American College of Sports Medicine. These certifications allow Kevin to work in conjunction with doctors for those with medical and physical ailments, as well as the elite athlete.

Judith “Judy” Morosky
Judy is a registered nurse with a Bachelors and Masters in Nursing. While taking some time off to raise her two children, Judy discovered the health benefits of exercise and proper nutrition. Her nurturing soul and passion to help others motivates her to assist individuals to obtain a fit body and optimum health. She views her role as a trainer as the key to the “doorway” that people can step through and realize that they can look and feel their very best by simply committing to a healthier lifestyle. In her free time she enjoys reading, learning new things, exercising, playing tennis, dancing and spending quality time with friends. Her preferred clients are motivated individuals who have made the decision to commit to a healthy change. Her training style is 100% dependent on a client’s individual fitness desires and goals. She also teaches group fitness classes.

Jessica taught Barre for a year in New York City and comes from a dance background. She teaches Barre as well as spin class! She has a passion for fitness, exercise, and overall health. Her goal is to be a psychologist for eating disorders and anxiety in adolescence and adults. She is studying at the University of Hartford to get her license or doctorate in clinical psychology.
Meghan Mcdermott is a graduate of the Hartford Conservatory where she studied dance performance and dance pedagogy. Meghan has extensive experience in dance performance, live theater, and education. She has been a company dancer with dancEnlight, Sonia Plumb Dance Company, and SOMA Dance Company. Currently she teaches dance for Westminster, dancEnlight Chinese language school program and her own dance school located at LIFER Fitness Studio. As a choreographer she worked with The Ivoryton Playhouse, University of St. Joseph and West Hartford Community Theater. She has years of experience teaching barre at many locations.
Zoe Allard is a life long dancer and founding member of Moxie Dance Company. She trained with the Northeast Academy of Dance and through the University of Saint Joseph where she was a student workshop, choreography, and program leader for 4 years. She is the Assistant Director of Premier Dance School where she teaches Ballet and Modern. Zoe isalso on the Board of Sonia Plumb Dance Company. She has performed at the American College Dance Festival, Ted Hershey Dance Marathon, 5x5 Dance Festival, Built on Stilts Dance Festival, and with the Woodman Dance Project through Bianca Johnson and Company. She is a Special Education teacher in Berlin, CT where she coaches a dance team and choreographs for the school musicals. Zoe teaches Barre in several studios throughout the state and lives a life hooked on fitness and health. She enjoys getting to know her clients and individualizing training sessions to meet their physical and wellness goals.
